Annapurna Panorama Trekking

This short Annapurna Panorama Trekking meanders through the lower section of the Annapurnas. The area is one of the most beautiful trekking destinations through the unique and traditional settlement, offering magnificent views of the mountain and landscape. The trek starts from Phedi after a short drive from Pokhara. The trip passes several Gurung and Magar villages and rhododendron forests. Ghandruk is the largest Gurung villages in the area, and it used to be headquarters of the Annapurna Conservation Area Project that has kept the Annapurna area as one of the best eco-tourism destinations in Nepal. Poon Hill is one of the best viewpoints in western Nepal and provides amazing mountain views of more than a dozen peaks including Dhaulagiri and Annapurna.
