Nepal Experience Tour

The 11 days Nepal Experience Tour is a perfect for your first visit to Nepal. The tour visits ancient palaces, religious sites, and villages where traditional culture can still be experienced. You will also experience wonderful trekking through quaint villages and spectacular landscapes with amazing mountain views.

Your tour starts in the Kathmandu Valley where we explore magnificent palaces, ancient Hindu and Buddhist temples, and streets full of unique traditional architecture. As you explore the city you have the opportunity to experience many aspects of the Nepali culture and life.

After exploring Kathmandu we drive to Besisahar by four-wheel drive. The road passes through the picturesque Tirsuli and Marshyangdi River valleys with their charming settlements and cultivated farmland.

You will trek from Khudi Bazaar to Ghalegaon, seeing life in isolated villages and watching people in their daily activities. Ghalegaon and Bhujung are large and unique ethnic Gurung villages in the area. You will experience local hospitality and a cultural show. Ghalegaon also provides spectacular mountain views of Manaslu, Himal Chuli, Ngadi Chuli and Lamjung Himal and neighboring foothills.

Next, we visit the beautiful and peaceful lakeside resort of Pokhara, located 200km west of Kathmandu at an altitude of 800m. Pokhara is famous for its dramatic views of snow-capped mountains including the 8000m high Annapurana-I and Dhabagiri. Pokhara sightseeing includes a boat ride on Phewa Lake, Gopteswar Mahadev Cave, Devi's Falls, Seti gorge, and drive to the Peace Pagoda for stunning view of the Pokhara valley and surrounding mountains. Pokhara is also the home of the International Mountain Museum where you will can see displays about mountain people from all over the world, the history and geography of the Himalayas, and the history of mountaineering.

A visit to Chitwan National Park follows. This park is home to an incredible variety of mammals, reptiles, and birds. It is recognized as the best preserved conservation area in Asia, with a fascinating range of wildlife roaming free. A jungle safari in Chitwan provides an excellent opportunity to see the wildlife. You can choose an elephant safari, jeep drive, boat ride or nature walk under the guidance of expert naturalists. Each trip is unique, as one never knows what will show up: a bear, a herd of deer, a flock of peacocks, Langur monkeys in the treetops, or a pair of rhinos browsing. Some lucky guests get to see the elusive tiger prowling among the tall grass. Surrounded by greenery and filled with natural sounds, there is unbelievable serenity in the middle of a jungle listening to bird calls and animal sounds.
