Highlights of Everest View Trek
The journey begins with an exciting mountain flight to Lukla, a small town nestled on a dramatic mountainside. From here, the trail gradually ascends through charming Sherpa villages, suspension bridges, and beautiful alpine landscapes toward Namche Bazaar, the vibrant trading hub of the Everest region. At Namche, trekkers have time to acclimatize while exploring the lively Sherpa settlement and learning about their unique Himalayan lifestyle and Buddhist traditions.

Continuing further, the trail leads to Tengboche, home to the famous Tengboche Monastery, the spiritual center of the Khumbu region. From a nearby viewpoint, trekkers enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and the surrounding Himalayan peaks, one of the true highlights of the Everest View Trek.

The trek then descends gently to Khumjung (3,770 m), a traditional Sherpa village known for its historic monastery and peaceful surroundings. From here, a hike to the Hillary Viewpoint offers remarkable views over the Thame and Khumbu valleys, along with a grand panorama of the Everest Himalayan range.

Finally, the trail retraces through Phakding back to Lukla before flying to Kathmandu. In Kathmandu, you can explore important cultural landmarks such as Swayambhunath, Boudhanath Stupa, and Pashupatinath Temple, adding a meaningful cultural finale to your Everest trekking adventure.
